🔥 HEAT & BURN RISK
High temperatures can cause burns or overheating
Do not allow direct prolonged contact with heated surfaces
Do not use if skin is already irritated or damaged
Do not wear metal jewellery during use

Feel unwell, nauseous, or have a headache
Have reduced ability to sweat (anhidrosis)
Are unsure how your body responds to heat
Are unsure about suitability

SAFE USE GUIDELINES
Session time: 5–60 minutes (start low, build gradually)
Temperature range: Low to moderate recommended initially
Always remain attended and alert during use
Wear light, breathable clothing
Stay hydrated before and after use
Use towel on mat to lay on

Indoor use only – keep away from water and moisture
Do not use if power cord, plug, controls or casing are damaged
Use a compliant, grounded outlet
Disconnect power when not in use
