Operational Safety

Maximum recommended session: 15–20 minutes per use.

  • STOP IMMEDIATELY if pain, dizziness, numbness, tingling, or discomfort occurs.

  • Do not sleep in the chair.

  • Do not use under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication affecting awareness.

  • Use only while seated correctly as instructed. Do not stand, climb, or kneel on the chair.

Entrapment & Mechanical Hazard

Moving components present pinch, crush, and entrapment risks.

  • Keep hands, feet, hair, loose clothing, jewellery, lanyards, and PPE clear of moving parts at all times.

  • Keep pets and bystanders away during operation.

  • Ensure clear space around the chair before recline / leg movement begins.

Electrical Safety

Indoor use only. Keep away from water and moisture.

  • Do NOT use if the power cord, plug, controls, or casing are damaged.

  • Use a compliant, grounded outlet. Do not overload power boards.

  • Disconnect from power when not in use.

Medical & User Restrictions

This equipment is NOT a medical device.

  • DO NOT USE if you are pregnant.

  • DO NOT USE if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic/medical device.

  • DO NOT USE if you have had recent surgery or a recent injury.

  • DO NOT USE if you have fractures, spinal injury, osteoporosis, thrombosis, severe circulatory disorders, or neurological conditions.

  • Medical clearance is required before use if you have any pre‑existing health condition or concerns.

  • Not suitable for children or persons unable to understand and operate the equipment safely.

  • Single user only — no sharing during operation.

Workplace Responsibility

Use only in accordance with workplace safety policies and directions.

  • Supervision is required in shared or public environments.

  • The Hirer is responsible for user briefing, supervision, and safe operation during the hire period.

  • Remove from service and report immediately if abnormal noise, smell, heat, or malfunction occurs.
